We had James out today for a broken shower, with no hot water coming through. We called and James was so helpful, coming out within the hour. So professional, knew his stuff and fixed the shower for us and now we can have hot showers again. Can’t recommend this company enough ! Defo will use again

James and his team came to remove and fit a new boiler for me. On his initial visit to quote, he checked and assessed more thoroughly than other companies had and gave a very fair price. It was quite a large job and the team arrived very promptly and worked long shifts solidly to get it done. Professional and friendly, they even managed to fit in an additional bit of plumbing for us at the end. Would highly recommend.

I had a really awkward problem with an underfloor leak. JWHeating came as a recommendation and without a doubt was the best decision I made. Other plumbers threw their hand up at the problem and walked away. James located the issue which was in a void behind a wall and successfully resolved the problem and also managed to re-route the supply to my outside tap. It was a particularly difficult job as he was working blind behind the wall so great credit to him and his apprentice for a great job. Prompt, courteous, tidy and super efficient. I would have no hesitation in using his services again. My number one call out.

Very efficient and fast service! We called them on a Saturday afternoon after having an issue with a gas pipe and within an hour they came and solved the issue. I highly recommend them.

JWD are our go-to guys for anything plumbing related. Turn up when they say (these days that’s not a given), you don’t usually have to wait months and months for an appointment just a few days or a week, they do what you need them to do and give you good advice. All in all, what more could you ask for.

James come out to repair our boiler that was dropping pressure and limited hot water with the tap. He quickly found the issues that was causing the pressure issues and replaced the parts. On return he completed a Powerflush and a service and found the issue with the hot water temperature. James was Professional throughout and got straight on with the work.
